Meg started as a client at GCA, then became a volunteer, and is now the Volunteer Coordinator and Office Maven. After completing their Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Guelph, Meg made Guelph their home and is dedicated to supporting safe and accessible spaces in our community. They co-founded and co-coordinate Out Loud! Guelph Choral Arts Collective, a choir for LGBTQ+ people to raise their voices and sing about their experiences. When they’re not dismantling power hierarchies through song, Meg can be found designing accessible clothing, reading and writing dystopic sci-fi stories, and cooking elaborate brunches for friends.
As of December 1st, access to our building will move to the Wyndham St entrance (the front doors) and the Baker St entrance will be closed — EXCEPT for Monday evenings after 5pm, when the rest of the building is closed; at those times you’ll still need to come in through the Baker St entrance.
