Please note that we do not have receptionists and the acupuncturist needs to prioritize patient care, so we can’t always get to the phone. The quickest way to get a response is to send a text message to the same number: (519)829-3000. You can always make an appointment online, anytime!

Accessibility info:

• The outside doors open at the push of a button. Our clinic doors do not.
• There is an elevator for those who can’t manage stairs.
• The doorways are wide enough to accommodate large mobility devices.
• There are no wheelchair-accessible washrooms. There is a sign indicating an accessible washroom on the 2nd floor, but that washroom is far too small to be considered accessible. We apologize for this!
• We ask people to avoid wearing scents at our clinic, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a scent-free space in our clinic.
